• Advances organizational priorities by translating national direction into clear, actionable supports • Leads efforts to build shared goals, strengthen alignment, and enhance credibility of Y-USA strategies • Develops and manages activation approaches that advance organizational priorities • Engages the YMCA network to promote systemwide adoption of Y-USA Membership tools • Collects and analyzes Membership data, signals, and industry trends • Collaborates with governmental, nonprofit, academic, and private partners to support national initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required in a relevant field such as Business, or related disciplines required • Advanced degree strongly preferred • 8-12 years of experience required • Expert functional skills • advanced industry knowledge and experience • advanced managerial skills • Manages multiple teams or functions • Strategic and operational decision-making authority • Highly complex tasks and managerial tasks
