📋 Description

• Audit how data is captured, stored and reported across all five companies • Design and deliver a Group data warehouse with the Data Architect using Microsoft Fabric • Integrate HubSpot, HiBob, Microsoft Dynamics and other data sources • Establish data governance and Group-wide KPI definitions • Deliver automated Power BI reporting for each company and the Group • Lead a team of four, including three existing analysts and a Data Architect to be hired • Transition over time from building data foundations to using data strategically • Help leaders identify opportunities and problems through trusted data

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of building a data function from scratch • Experience working across multiple businesses, entities or business units • Hands-on data governance experience, including creating and implementing metric definitions • Enough technical depth to direct and sign off architecture decisions • Strong influence and change management skills • Comfort leading in a fully remote, distributed organisation • Bonus: Microsoft Fabric and Power BI experience • Bonus: Background in ecommerce, fintech or BPO
