• Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution • Build and lead a small marketing team (content, social, field marketing) • Partner closely with Sales, M&A, and Talent to align messaging and materials • Design and execute creative, data-driven campaigns • Track performance, report ROI, and continuously optimise
• Proven track record of taking a company from low visibility to measurable growth • Experience in early-stage or scale-up environments (roughly 50–200 employees) • Full-cycle B2B marketing (brand, content, digital, demand generation) • Strong understanding of how marketing supports revenue, M&A, and hiring • Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling a small team • Creative, bold, and autonomous mindset.
