📋 Description

• Designing and implementing personal assistant scenarios powered by LLMs (task planning, scheduling, communication handling, summarization, etc.). • Developing personalized recommendation systems that adapt to user behavior, preferences, and past interactions. • Optimizing and fine-tuning LLM workflows (prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines, vector search). • Developing and maintaining AI-driven applications and integrations across multiple tools and platforms. • Working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs, and exploring new LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.). • Conducting ongoing R&D in AI assistant technologies — personalization, memory retention, adaptive reasoning, and safety. • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to define, prototype, and evolve intelligent assistant capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Mistral). • Deep understanding of LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and context-aware personalization. • Experience designing behavioral-driven recommendation systems or adaptive AI responses based on user data. • Strong grasp of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). • Experience integrating APIs, automations, and user-facing tools in scalable architectures. • Familiarity with modern development environments, version control, and cloud infrastructure. • Product-focused mindset with the ability to balance innovation, privacy, and usability. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
