📋 Description

• Drive the delivery of strategic technology initiatives across mobile applications, telecom integrations, eSIM services, and backend platforms. • Lead cross-functional execution, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully. • Own delivery execution, stakeholder coordination, and project momentum from initiation through launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience within technology-driven organizations. • 3+ years of experience delivering projects within telecom, mobile applications, SaaS, connectivity, or related technology environments. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android), and cloud-based platforms. • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment. • Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Experience using Jira, Confluence, project management tools, and delivery reporting dashboards. • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities may shift rapidly. • Fluent in English and Russian (written and verbal).
