📋 Description

• Drive delivery of strategic technology initiatives across mobile applications, telecom integrations, eSIM services, and backend platforms • Lead cross-functional execution and coordinate engineering, product, operations, and external partners • Manage project dependencies and risks • Ensure projects are delivered successfully from initiation through launch • Own delivery execution, stakeholder coordination, and project momentum • Manage multiple projects while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment • Provide delivery reporting using project management tools and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience within technology-driven organizations • 3+ years of experience delivering projects within telecom, mobile applications, SaaS, connectivity, or related technology environments • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android), and cloud-based platforms • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment • Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Experience using Jira, Confluence, project management tools, and delivery reporting dashboards • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities may shift rapidly • Fluent in English and Russian (written and verbal) • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are preferred • Experience working with eSIM technology, MVNO/MVNE operations, telecom carriers, or connectivity platforms is preferred • Experience managing mobile application development, API integrations, and third-party technology partnerships is preferred • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud environments is preferred • Experience supporting international and distributed teams is preferred • Additional languages, including Russian or Spanish, are preferred
