🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum of 10 years of overall working experience in relevant technology roles. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within DevOps or infrastructure. • Strong practical experience architecting and managing infrastructure on AWS, with a focus on scalable compute, storage, networking, and database solutions, alongside exposure to event-driven and web application service patterns. • Experience with GCP is a plus • Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and modern infrastructure practices • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker) • Experience with Kubernetes and Helm in production environments • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration • Programming experience in at least one language (e.g., Python) • Demonstrated ability to define and enforce security policies and controls • Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, NewRelic) • Proven leadership experience, including team management and hiring • Excellent communication skills; able to work with customers and internal stakeholders • Fluent in English
