📋 Description
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy aligned with market trends and business goals. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches. • Evaluate and prioritize product features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility. • Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to inform decision-making and guide product iterations. • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle - from concept to launch - ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement. • Track product performance using metrics and KPIs, and leverage insights to optimize user experience and drive growth.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in product management or a related role. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Experience working with agile methodologies. • Familiarity with product analytics tools. • Background in tech, SaaS, or related industries.
