• Teaching and facilitating counselling psychology theory and skills course • Fostering student success through ongoing support and coaching • Managing discussion forums and learning activities through the Brightspace platform • Timely marking and feedback for all student assessments • Respond to student inquiries and concerns • Coordinate with Practicum Supervisors to complete Formative and Summative evaluations • Facilitate online synchronous activities related to the curriculum • Perform administrative tasks related to the course • Support strategic program growth and ensure ongoing self-development in the field
• A doctoral degree in psychology or a counselling related field • Minimum of 5 years work experience in counselling, psychology, psychotherapy, or related field • Active clinical practice registration/certification/license with an appropriate professional regulatory body or association in your province/jurisdiction • Teaching experience at graduate level is a strong asset • Experience using Brightspace online delivery platform is a strong asset • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
