📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team to build annual and quarterly dealer marketing calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and commercial priorities • Translate business objectives into integrated campaigns across digital and event channels • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to align messaging, timing, and promotional offers for each dealer partner • Manage end-to-end execution of dealer marketing campaigns through HubSpot and related platforms • Coordinate with the Content & Digital team to deliver creative assets, paid media support, and social amplification for key campaigns • Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools; analyze data to optimize spend and improve ROI • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for key dealer partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business • 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital and e-commerce strategy • Knowledge of the dental or orthodontic industry strongly preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail, timing, and ROI • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments • Hands-on experience in HubSpot for campaign automation, email marketing, and reporting preferred • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
