📋 Description

• Support users: with empathy and clarity, via email or chat; • Conduct onboarding for new customers: explain how the platform works, answer questions, and ensure everyone knows how to use the platform properly; • Create support materials: such as presentations and short articles to scale trainings and improve communication with users; • Maintain close contact with customers: monitor platform usage and assist when needed; • Log support interactions: so the team can track metrics and identify patterns; • Bring insights and requests to the Product team: based on what you see and hear from users.

🎯 Requirements

• Good communication (written and verbal): clear, empathetic, and concise; • Organizational skills to handle multiple customers: record interactions and keep the team aligned; • Proactivity: if you notice something out of place or an opportunity to improve, raise it; • Willingness to learn and grow with the team: we’re a startup and everyone gets hands-on; • Preferred: prior experience in support, customer success, or B2B account service. It's a plus if you have used tools like ClickUp, Intercom, or similar.
