β’ Analyse customer data and build an understanding of Your Golf Travelβs customers across acquisition, booking behaviour, trip type etc, repeat patterns and lifetime value. β’ Translate data into clear, commercial insights to inform marketing strategy, CRM, and partner strategy. β’ Review current data quality, structure and depth across customer, marketing and commercial datasets. β’ Coordinate post-campaign analysis to assess performance vs objectives and identify learnings. β’ Perform detailed analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform business decisions. β’ Act as a centralised customer insight hub supporting the business to ensure our company value of βCustomer First, Alwaysβ drives our strategy and plans. β’ Own company-level third-party tracking and research programmes, managing agency relationships, research design, outputs and interpretation eg brand tracking.
β’ Significant experience in data, insight and analytics roles within a customer-led business (travel, e-commerce or similar preferred). β’ Experience working with CRM/Marketing team and strong background in customer data analytics, marketing campaign analysis and performance measurement. β’ Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical stakeholders. β’ Experience building dashboards/visualisation tools eg ideally (Tableau, Power Bi, Google Looker Studio) along with KPI frameworks and reporting that drive decisions. β’ Experience using (SQL, Python, R) to extract and manipulate data for reporting and insights β’ Comfortable owning insight end-to-end: from data quality through to senior-level storytelling. β’ Degree, qualification or formal training in data science or statistics.
