📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze a wide range of corporate, commercial, and M&A documents for accuracy, enforceability, and compliance with US law. • Draft, review, and provide feedback on contracts, policies, and agreements reflecting best practices in corporate law. • Translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible explanations for use in AI system development. • Identify and summarize key legal issues, trends, and risk areas in business transactions and contract negotiations. • Contribute real-world legal scenarios, case studies, and document samples to enhance AI training datasets. • Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders to clarify deliverables and address questions related to corporate law topics. • Deliver precise written and verbal insights, ensuring nuanced understanding of legal language and its practical applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction. • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, business, or transactional law, including exposure to M&A, contracts, and risk management. • Demonstrated experience as outside counsel, in-house corporate counsel, or as a legal consultant to business clients. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal issues for diverse audiences. • Familiarity with the US legal landscape, including commercial and regulatory compliance requirements. • Proficiency in reviewing and drafting a variety of corporate and commercial agreements. • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to contribute to innovative technology-driven projects.
