📋 Description

• You are our in-house tech: you ensure our systems run smoothly, remain scalable, and processes are highly automated. • Maintain our Shopify store & marketplace integrations • Setup, optimize and monitor themes, apps and checkout flows • Develop Shopify plugins/apps (Liquid, JavaScript, API integrations) • Performance monitoring & conversion optimization • Technical troubleshooting & bug fixing for shop or API issues • Build automations (Make, Zapier, n8n, AI tools) • Optimize our internal processes: products, orders, returns, data flows • Develop small tools/scripts to automate repetitive tasks • Collaborate with the team to eliminate manual steps • Analyze shop performance: conversion, speed, funnel, error tracking, reporting, monitoring (e.g., GA4, events, API data) • Propose and implement measures to improve performance • Ensure our marketplace runs stably at all times • Identify and fix issues (API, automations, data processes) • Act as the technical interface between Product, Ops & CTO

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience with Shopify (Liquid, theme development, app integration) • Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, AI workflows) • Solid coding skills (JavaScript, Liquid; bonus: Python) • Understanding of shop performance, load times, and conversion • Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems independently • Willingness to take responsibility in a fast-scaling startup • Remote experience & self-organized work style
