🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or performance management roles. • MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, finance, or operations. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority. • Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI development. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into clarity. • Experience in health, wellness, or consumer platforms is a plus.
