📋 Description

• Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs • Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and make policy changes • Proactively contact clients regarding policy renewals • Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and SMS • Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets • Maintain accurate records of client interactions • Work closely with the customer service team • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends • Progress into a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a valid AMF license • At least 2 years' experience as a broker or agent • At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English • Quick learner with an interest in technology
