📋 Description

• As a GTM Engineer at YOYABA you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, automation, and revenue execution. • You will collaborate closely with our Founder & CEO and the Senior AE team. • You will be responsible for outreach programs in HubSpot, Clay & SmartReach. • You will analyze our entire sales process and develop smart automations. • You will build cross-functional workflows that connect Paid Social, webinars, email marketing, and sales outreach. • You will create reporting and dashboards that give management full transparency into funnel, performance, pipeline, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial or deeper experience in B2B SaaS, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM automations. • Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), outreach tools, and data platforms. • SQL/Python is a plus. • You think in GTM mechanics, love scalable processes, and enjoy building systems that make teams faster. • You understand CRM logic, automations, routing, enrichment, attribution, and know how to solve processes elegantly. • You want to grow in a high-ownership environment and eventually move into a senior or lead GTM role. • Very good English; German is a plus.
