📋 Description

• You support the performance of our top clients from SaaS and tech scale-ups (well-known VC-backed companies) • You help build, launch and optimize paid-social (and ideally paid-search) campaigns on Google, LinkedIn & Facebook • You brief creatives and coordinate their deployment across campaigns • You build performance reports with the key KPIs and start linking them to B2B SaaS customer journeys • You take on internal and client-facing communication with growing autonomy • You take feedback on quickly and use it to make each campaign better

🎯 Requirements

• First hands-on experience with Paid Social or Paid Search — through an internship, working-student role, first job or serious personal projects • A genuine growth mindset and a strong interest in the startup world • Real enthusiasm for setting up campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn & Co. • An analytical mindset that loves numbers, patterns and the question “What works?” • A proactive, structured working style and a high personal quality standard • The ambition to grow quickly — professionally and personally — within a team of A-players • Perfect English; German and other languages are a major plus
