📋 Description

• You click "Submit" and your first independently conceived social media campaign leaves your inbox on its way to the design department for production. • You close your laptop with a grin because your first month at YOYABA was already exciting. • Instead of spending your first week reading dull PDFs and setting up your laptop, your team welcomed you properly and immediately integrated you into important projects with top accounts. • Up close, you were able to apply your solid expertise together with your new team's know‑how for our clients in the form of new storylines and creative concepts. • You develop a deep understanding of our clients' target audiences through precise analyses and use this as the basis for cross‑channel creative campaigns. • You monitor and evaluate platform trends on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube & Co. and derive strategic recommendations for action. • You independently conceptualize storylines and user argumentation chains for ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and Display. • You develop psychologically grounded customer journeys that meet users where they are, activate them, and drive conversions. • You work closely with creative and performance teams to connect data‑driven strategies with sales psychology. • You write persuasive copy — in German and English — and implement it according to audience needs. • You actively contribute to the ongoing development of our Creative Strategy approach and help shape the strategic direction of the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in conceptualizing and developing creative social media campaigns — ideally in an agency, SaaS, or e‑commerce environment • Good understanding of performance marketing and cross‑channel effectiveness mechanisms • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop creative concepts based on data • Artificial intelligence is more than a buzzword to you — you have experience using AI tools and know how to apply them effectively in day‑to‑day work • Excellent German communication skills and good written and spoken English • Proactive, structured, and independent working style with high quality standards • Enthusiasm for teamwork, active sparring, and joint development in an ambitious, dynamic environment
