📋 Description

• Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across web and app properties and content environments. • Support on-page optimisation including metadata, internal linking and content structure. • Coordinate website optimisation initiatives and technical SEO recommendations. • Drive progressive change with AIO-focused ideas and delivery, continually adapting to the changing search landscape. • Manage the US multi-state strategy using localisation tactics to improve exposure and conversion rates. • Support website and app content updates across CMS platforms. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on content delivery, quality assurance and optimisation. • Maintain strong content governance and documentation standards. • Monitor SEO, ASO and AIO performance metrics and provide actionable reporting insights. • Analyse competitor activity, ranking changes and optimisation opportunities. • Work closely with analytics teams to support performance tracking and attribution alignment. • Support reporting validation and operational QA across SEO and content activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in SEO, ASO and content optimisation • Familiarity with traditional keyword research tools as well as new-age AI content optimization tools, LLM behavior tracking and prompt engineering principles • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content optimisation principles and organic growth strategies • Experience with modern CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, headless CMS) and app store consoles • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities within fast-paced environments • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience within the gaming industry is highly preferred
