📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze EBT, journal entries, and period reporting; submit to supervisor for review and distribute results to stakeholders. • Perform and resolve issues related to the semi-annual change fund audit for all equity brands. • Research and approve cash reconciliations; provide cash balances to Treasury. • Verify and approve sales distribution and load activity in ReconNET on a weekly basis. • Prepare, log, and upload journal entries for assigned business units each period. • Monitor and perform daily matching of cash, credit card, and gift card activity. • Research and resolve discrepancies, including store outreach, over/short reports, bank research, and refund requests. • Complete period-end reconciliations (e.g., credit card, gift card, and other general ledger accounts). • Provide ad hoc support as backup for the Revenue Supervisor and team (e.g., missing sales, sales suspense accounts, gift card journal entries, overhead allocations, and brand-level matching activities). • Support external/internal audit requests, SOX peer reviews, and related compliance activities. • Participate in special projects and identify process improvement opportunities in partnership with the Supervisor and IT, including robotics initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience • Proficiency with JDE and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High attention to accuracy and detail
