📋 Description

• Develop a cross-platform content strategy for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok • Plan, coordinate, and optimize the content calendar • Develop campaigns, recurring content series, and scalable content mechanics • Analyze performance data and derive specific optimization measures • Conduct A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats • Identify trends at an early stage and translate them into high-performing content ideas • Work closely with the Video Editor and strategically manage content production • Develop engagement and community strategies • Define clear growth targets and track progress toward achieving them • Participate in interviews: get-to-know-you call, competency call, and founder call

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in social media management • Ideally, experience in the education, trading, or finance sector • Strong focus on KPIs, conversion, retention, and scaling • Strategic understanding of the Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics • Ability to develop viral ideas with clear strategic objectives • Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work • Comfortable working without micromanagement • Willingness to work with clients in the German time zone
