âą Support planning and organization of social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram, with future expansion to TikTok âą Maintain and update the social media editorial calendar âą Schedule approved posts and ensure brand consistency across platforms âą Engage with audiences through thoughtful liking, commenting, and responding to messages âą Research relevant industry topics, trends, and hashtags aligned with company positioning âą Upload approved webinar recordings, short clips, and other content to YouTube, ensuring proper titles, descriptions, tags, and formatting âą Maintain consistency in YouTube descriptions and formatting based on internal guidelines âą Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and content planning discussions âą Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and brand alignment across all digital posts âą Implementing strategic recommendations based on analytics insights of marketing campaign performance âą Conduct keyword research and content research to inform social media posts and podcast topic development âą Identify trending industry topics and high-interest themes using search data and platform insights, and make data-driven content decisions based on internal marketing analytics reports âą Perform additional digital marketing tasks
âą Currently enrolled in an associate degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field âą Understanding of the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Background within this industry is a plus âą Strong written communication skills âą Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram; TikTok familiarity is a plus âą Basic familiarity with YouTube as a content platform âą Strong organizational skills and attention to detail âą Ability to follow brand guidelines and posting instructions carefully âą Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines âą Professional written and verbal English communication skills âą Might have to attend company and community events in person to represent Veritas Automata âą Solid Canva proficiency. Graphic design experience/knowledge. Experience or working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma would be a huge plus as well.
