📋 Description

• Ensure smooth delivery of HR and payroll services • Manage client relationships • Monitor SAP-related processes • Take responsibility for clients' service-related financial metrics, including budgeting and cost control • Manage and coordinate the implementation of change requests • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and compliance standards • Initiate automation initiatives such as RPA and support transition activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field • Professional experience with SAP and/or payroll • Experience with SAP HCM, global payroll and partner management • Understanding of HR administration and payroll processes • Experience outsourcing HR, finance, IT or other business processes • Fluent German and very good English skills • Strong client relationship management and process improvement skills • Strong business and service orientation, analytical mindset and customer focus
