📋 Description

• Configure and customise the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module • Define business requirements, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations • Analyse and resolve system incidents, service requests, and functional issues • Perform mass data updates and customise the Employee Central data model • Develop and execute system testing and validation following configuration changes • Deliver end-user training and develop training materials • Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles • Maintain effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams • Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors consultants • Provide ongoing configuration, customisation, support, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central • Deliver enhancements and change requests

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a consulting environment • Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central • Experience supporting and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions in a production environment • Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken • Knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage • Experience in the customisation of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is an advantage • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules would be an advantage • Takes ownership of tasks and delivers results in a structured and professional manner • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify practical solutions • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams
