📋 Description

• The Associate Community Manager will assist in the creation and implementation of Community Development and Management strategies for our global gaming clientele. • The Community Manager at ZAM will manage and grow PUBG MOBILE’s presence in Germany. • You’ll be responsible for local content execution, community engagement, and helping bring culturally relevant, on-brand ideas to life across social platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required. • Passionate gamer with experience in mobile shooter games (PUBG Mobile or similar). • Experience managing brand social channels in Germany. • Comfortable briefing creatives and reviewing design work. • Strong grasp of cultural nuances, internet trends, and youth platforms in your market. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity and cooperate effectively with our international clientele. • Proficient with common online community platforms (Discord,Reddit, Wikis, Forums, Twitch etc.) as well as social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat and Facebook). • Experience working with content creation tools (eg. Canva, CapCut, Photoshop etc.) • Experience working with project management and social media tools (eg. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Asana, Trello etc.). • Fluent in German and English
