📋 Description

• Build and enhance cutting-edge cloud-based applications using Python/FastAPI, Typescript/React, and PostgreSQL. • Collaborate with the Solutions team to bring domain expertise and business development insights into software. • Work hands-on within a team of ~10 software engineers and contribute to multiple microservices deployed to Azure Kubernetes Service via Gitlab CI/CD and Helm. • Design scalable data models and RESTful applications; implement task queues and related technologies. • Take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and participate in professional development and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Econometrics or a related field. • 5+ years developing software applications, both on front-end and back-end preferably using Typescript and Python • Experience with industry standard frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular or Solid • Demonstrable experience and affinity with and foundational knowledge of financial concepts • Experience with developing RESTful applications, task queues and related technologies • Designing and working with scalable data models and PostgreSQL • A basic understanding of DevOps technologies and platforms (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu and Helm) is preferred • Mindset: A collaborative, hands-on problem-solver • Flexibility: Ability to frequently switch the application you’re working on • Location Flexibility: Hybrid role based in Zagreb.
