📋 Description

• Provide expert functional support to resolve highly complex issues for clients implementing and using FIS Integrity. • Work closely with global clients to ensure timely resolution of issues. • Use knowledge of treasury processes and systems to add value to the organization. • Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate remedy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a treasury analyst or functional support position and or implementation experience. • A bachelor's degree and/or previous experience as a consultant in treasury operations. • Knowledge in Treasury and Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity, FIS Integrity knowledge and implementation experience is a MUST. • Knowledge of other TMS such as Kyriba, SAP, IT2 will be considered a plus. • Knowledge of bank connectivity and messaging (eg, API, SWIFTNet, FTP/sFTP, EBICS, MQ Series). • Extremely client focused and experienced in resolving challenging problems and creating practical solutions. • Able to react quickly and work to tight deadlines. • Strong listening and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Familiar with day-2-day treasury operations and processes.
