📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and priorities for a classified marketplace platform. • Turn business needs into clear requirements, working closely with engineers on Java, Spring, and Dropwizard services. • Make product decisions accounting for MySQL and MongoDB data models and their impact on features. • Plan roadmap work across a mostly microservices architecture on GCP, including the existing monolith. • Drive AI-enabled initiatives from discovery through delivery. • Help product, sales, and marketing teams adopt AI in their daily work and track the impact. • Collaborate as part of a distributed team developing technologies to solve business problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in marketplaces or digital platforms. • Experience taking products from zero to one. • Strong technical fluency working with backend services and understanding how data models and architecture shape product decisions. • Familiarity with Java, Spring, Dropwizard, MySQL, and MongoDB. • Experience in a microservices environment, ideally with legacy or monolith migration. • Clear communication skills. • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and proactively drive them forward. • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or AI-assisted software development is nice to have. • Experience in classified marketplaces or other multi-market digital platforms is nice to have. • Experience driving AI adoption across non-engineering teams is nice to have.
