📋 Description

• Own complex third-line incidents and service requests across identity, cloud, endpoints, servers, networking and integrations • Lead major-incident investigations, restore services, coordinate specialist or supplier support, and maintain handovers • Maintain HaloPSA records, confirm service restoration and publish knowledge articles • Coach L1 and L2 engineers • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive • Administer Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, access policies, multifactor authentication and conditional access • Coordinate joiners, movers and leavers with HR and managers • Manage endpoint enrolment, configuration, application deployment, patching, encryption and compliance through Intune and approved tools • Monitor service health and coordinate Microsoft or supplier escalations • Review licence allocations and maintain configuration records and support guidance • Maintain asset records and coordinate equipment requirements, provisioning, shipping, returns, repairs, replacements and disposal • Protect credentials, employee information and company data and maintain audit trails • Manage technical changes, including change records, implementation plans, testing, approvals, rollback plans and reviews • Identify recurring incidents and lead root-cause investigations and permanent fixes • Manage internal and client IT projects from scoping through closure • Maintain project plans, budgets, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance records and PMO reporting • Assess environments and create technical designs, deployment plans and test plans • Deliver Microsoft 365 and identity improvements, endpoint rollouts, migrations and infrastructure upgrades • Execute approved changes, coordinate user acceptance testing, support go-live and stabilisation • Produce configuration records, diagrams, support procedures and knowledge articles and hand over operational ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven third line support or senior IT engineering experience in an MSP or distributed organisation • Strong practical experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows endpoints and device management • Experience with identity, permissions, licensing, secure employee onboarding and offboarding • Advanced troubleshooting across cloud services, Windows infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls and VPNs • Understanding of security, backup and recovery controls • Experience managing equipment and asset records, suppliers, couriers, device delivery, returns, repair and disposal • Demonstrable project delivery experience covering plans, estimates, budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication and hands-on implementation • Practical Change and Problem Management experience • Accurate ITSM or PSA records • Ability to maintain technical documentation and mentor colleagues • Clear written and spoken English • Strong organisation and ability to work independently with international teams • Availability to work remotely from India during the stated shift • Desirable: HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Huntress, IT Glue, Keeper, Addigy or Druva • Desirable: familiarity with Azure, macOS or other cloud platforms • Desirable: PowerShell scripting, automation and standardised device deployment • Desirable: experience contributing to PMO reporting or delivery standards • Relevant Microsoft, ITIL, cloud or networking qualifications, and PRINCE2, APM or PMP certification are desirable • Equivalent practical experience is equally valued
