• Own day-to-day publishing across ZBiotics' social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn). • Stay culturally plugged in — track trends and platform shifts. • Generate and share monthly content reports that track progress against goals. • Be ZBiotics' voice in the comments, DMs, product reviews — fostering real conversation. • Develop and execute a proactive engagement strategy. • Help build community both digitally and IRL, identifying opportunities to deepen loyalty. • Support planning and execution of community events and activations. • Coordinate outreach for influencer partners at the micro and mid-tier level.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media and community building and engagement for a brand. • confident copywriter who can adapt voice and tone across platforms without losing brand identity. • culturally fluent: understands platform-native behavior on TikTok and Instagram intuitively. • highly responsive and organized — DMs get answered, deadlines don't slip. • experience with social tools (e.g. Archive, Dash Hudson). • comfortable in front of and behind the camera — able to shoot and edit social content.
