📋 Description
• Design and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical components and assemblies using NX and SolidWorks. • Manage end-to-end design lifecycle including modelling, drafting, detailing, and revision control. • Perform cable/harness routing and integration in 3D environments. • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product development. • Manage product structure and BoMs in Teamcenter. • Support and participate in CR/ECN processes. • Conduct tolerance analysis, GD&T, and design validation reviews. • Participate in FMEA and other risk assessment/mitigation activities. • Document procedures and design reports as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Strong experience with Siemens NX and SolidWorks CAD tools. • Proficient in Teamcenter PLM system. • Solid understanding of mechanical design fundamentals and manufacturing feasibility. • Experience with cable routing, electro-mechanical packaging, and assembly design. • Good knowledge of BoM creation and maintenance. • Exposure to FMEA, DFMEA, and risk analysis techniques.
