• As part of our long-standing PPP projects, you will play a central role at the interface between operational implementation and strategic development: • Support site managers with overarching tasks • Independently take on work packages within ongoing PPP projects • Actively contribute to the development of operational and technical revitalization concepts for existing properties and to the preparation of proposals for new projects • Regular communication with clients, authorities and project stakeholders to support client and user inquiries • Maintain an overview of complex contractual frameworks and support the implementation of contractually agreed services • Identify risks and develop targeted preventive measures • Prepare and maintain project-related reports and analyses • Support the implementation of new projects and assets
• University degree, ideally in building services engineering, engineering, facility management, or a related field. • Alternatively, a technical vocational qualification with FM-specific further training and certifications. • Professional experience in facility management, ideally in site or project management. • Initial leadership experience managing site teams in facility management or in the service sector is an advantage. • Sound knowledge of contract management. • Experience in project costing and implementation. • Strong commercial understanding and a pronounced client- and service-orientation.
