🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in engineering, including 1+ years of management experience. • A proven experience building delightful products full stack from frontend, APIs, backend with architectural complexities. • A passion for mentoring and helping engineers grow in their careers. • A product-focused mindset, caring deeply about customer impact. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders. • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive change.
