📋 Description

• Define strategy for the 6-12 month horizon • Identify and validate new revenue opportunities • Embed rigorous experimentation into how your teams work • Develop reusable AI playbooks, workflows, and assets • Design the product metrics and dashboards used by the business • Own programmes that move core business metrics • Partner with engineering, data science, design, marketing, legal, and compliance • Manage the product community of practice and coach Product Managers • Present strategic recommendations and lead pivots and sunset decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading product strategy across multiple teams or domains • Deep, hands-on experience designing rigorous experiments and rapid prototypes • Deep understanding of unit economics, pricing levers, and revenue modelling • Proven track record of AI-enabled workflows, playbooks, or toolchains • Proficient in gathering and using financial, behavioural, and usage data • Comfortable engaging with engineers on system architecture, APIs, ML pipelines, and service design • Outstanding communication and influence skills • Comfortable acting as an IC when needed • Proven track record of mentoring and developing PMs
