• 4-year College/University Degree preferred or equivalent experience and clinical and or digital expertise. • MBA preferred. • Min 10 years successful sales record in ophthalmology capital equipment or surgical disposables/equipment. • Demonstrable Practice Management Knowledge. • Teaching Skills and Experience. • Experience covering Academic Centers, working with faculty, staff, students, residents, and fellows. • Clinical knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostics and surgical. • Conceptual knowledge of and ability to create awareness/excitement for Full ZEISS portfolio. • Exceptional Presentation Skills. • Understanding of Connectivity and Digital Ecosystem. • Ability to interface with Executive Level Customers both clinical and non-clinical. • Understanding of and experience with PE and Key Accounts. • Ability to construct ROI and business case. • Creative, resourceful, and have good people skills. • Comfortable with fast paced, complex culture. • Effective problem solving and conflict management skills.
