📋 Description

• Perform internal data and image capture of wind turbine blades using crawler and manual (human-assisted) inspection methods, in accordance with project scope. • Provide field support to subcontractors during internal inspection operations (crawler and manual), ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards. • Perform pre-evaluation/pre-processing of collected material (crawler and manual): verify coverage, focus, lighting, sequence, file integrity, and any required quality parameters. • Validate and corroborate the quality of data/images captured by subcontractors, requesting corrections or recaptures when necessary. • Organize, label, and forward validated material to the analysis team, ensuring traceability (turbine/blade/face, dates, field observations). • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams on Zeitview or other OEM technologies. • Define collection strategy for projects based on project requirements. • Plan and assist in the development of operations training and workflows. • Communicate with local stakeholders to determine operational requirements. • Travel to and from remote job sites throughout LATAM.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience performing internal inspections of wind turbines and blades. • Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English. • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. • GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification — required. • Brazilian driver’s license (CNH - Category B) — required. • ART certification — highly desirable. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. • Experience implementing and managing client Scope of Work (SOW) objectives. • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders and reach consensus. • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. • Willingness to work at heights. • Ability to work outdoors year-round.
