📋 Description

• Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery • Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on shipment status • Identify and resolve transportation delays or issues by coordinating with stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions in the system • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations • Proactively address potential disruptions in the supply chain and escalate concerns as needed • Generate and analyze reports related to shipment performance and key logistics metrics • Assist in optimizing routing and delivery efficiency • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of logistics tracking systems and software • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software • Experience working with freight carriers, 3PLs, or transportation management systems (TMS) • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations
