ZenBusiness is a comprehensive platform designed to assist entrepreneurs in starting, running, and growing their businesses. The company provides a range of services, including the formation of LLCs, S Corps, and C Corps, as well as compliance management with their Registered Agent Service and worry-free compliance offerings. In addition, ZenBusiness offers financial management tools such as Money Pro bookkeeping and business banking services. They also provide tools for online presence and customer acquisition like domain name registration, website and logo builders. With an emphasis on affordability and expert support, ZenBusiness aims to streamline the business setup process from formation to management.

📋 Description

• Own the logged-in customer experience at ZenBusiness, focused on customer retention and product engagement. • Define and drive the product roadmap for the logged-in Web & native app experiences, focused on engagement depth, repeat usage, and in-app monetization. • Partner with the Velo team to leverage AI business guide in the logged-in experience. • Collaborate with product managers to create a unified customer experience across multiple product offerings. • Identify and run experiments to lift core engagement, retention, and product-attachment metrics. • Act as the primary Product point of contact across product marketing, customer success, finance, and other teams to increase customer attach rate and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a Staff or senior PM level. • Proven track record owning mobile app products (iOS and/or Android) — you understand the platform, the patterns, and how to drive engagement on native surfaces. • Demonstrated ability to design unified experiences across multiple products and partner closely with other PMs to make the whole greater than the sum of its parts. • Experience designing self-serve customer experiences with thoughtful escalation paths to human support. • Strong instincts around monetization — you know how to position products, write CTAs, structure purchase flows, and find the friction that kills conversion. • Experience working across web and native apps simultaneously; you think in customer journeys, not platforms. • Strong collaborator with design and engineering; you can drive decisions without authority. • Comfortable in ambiguity — this role requires you to set direction, not execute someone else's roadmap. • Bonus: experience with AI-powered product features, SMB or subscription products, or growth experimentation.

🏖️ Benefits

• Medical insurance • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Life insurance • Parental leave • Military leave • Employee assistance program • 401k + match • Annual bonus • Pet insurance • RSUs • Paid parking* (applicable to in-office employees) • 10 paid holidays
