📋 Description

• Own and achieve sales quotas within a defined Zendesk territory • Collaborate with the core sales team on strategic plans for existing accounts and new business • Build and nurture customer relationships using value-based selling • Lead and support approved AI proofs of concept • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities with AI and core Success teams • Construct commercial models and advise on usage requirements and forecasted automation rates • Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions • Own enablement initiatives across an assigned territory • Communicate product updates, sales plays and market insights to Core AEs • Support deal pursuit teams with sales, industry, product and communication expertise • Build and present tailored AI product demos

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role • Focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space preferable • Native Spanish Speaker • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel as needed • Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role preferable • In-depth practical knowledge and understanding of the AI Suite portfolio • Ability to build and present demos tailored to customers' specific needs • In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their practical application in contact centres
