• Responsible for working with the business units to coordinate various software implementation activities between the business owners and technical teams. • Work closely with SMEs to ensure business requirements are met.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent documentation skills. • Work closely with PMO in Scrum of Scrum to solve dependencies and Sprint Issues. • Familiarity with data interfaces for import/export of data • Familiarity with automation of business processes • Develop training material and facilitate learning sessions. • Excellent at relationship building and ability to communicate, present to a wide range of people.
