📋 Description

• Design and develop the programming and implementation of KNX/building automation projects • Coordinate and validate technical specifications with customers and prepare project documentation • Design and validate the commissioning of demo rooms with the Operations team • Provide technical support, maintenance, and inquiry management throughout the entire lifecycle of projects and products • Capture requirements and improvement opportunities and report them to the Project and Product departments • Develop integrations with local software systems in collaboration with the headquarters team • Support the onboarding of new team members and further develop internal workflows • Develop technical support materials and initiatives for the Sales team during the pre-sales phase • Validate new products and solutions through beta testing • Research technologies, standards, and trends in building automation • Develop technical training programs for customers, partners, and integrators in the German market

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training in electronics, supplemented by a technician or master craftsperson qualification, or equivalent; alternatively, a completed degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally as a system integrator or in a comparable position • Strong knowledge of and practical experience with KNX/building automation • Knowledge of DALI • Experience with network configuration • Basic knowledge of Linux • Native-level German proficiency • English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage • Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning
