• Mentor and coach a team of broker-focused contributors while maintaining individual inbound sales contributions. • Lead and own delivering sales results of your team and set goals. • Perform administrative functions: review/write reports, approve expenditures, enforce rules, write reviews/recommendations. • Conduct one-on-one meetings, shadow team members, and develop action items to improve performance. • Participate in interviews and other duties as assigned. • Promote continuous learning and career growth among team members.
• RIBO license or other provincial insurance license. • 3-5 years commercial broking experience within a sales role. • Persistence and agility to meet set targets consistently. • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skill. • Attention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time. • CIP and CAIB an asset.
