• Lead the full product lifecycle for prototypes: ideation, design, prototyping, implementation, release, and early post-release. • Define and champion the vision for new games, ensuring they are fun, viral, and highly monetizable. • Build and evolve ZeptoLab's AI tools and production pipelines for faster and smarter game discovery. • Act as Product Owner for game pods, setting clear priorities and delivering results. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, art, analytics, marketing, server/client dev) to align innovation with company strategy. • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities using data-driven insights. • Run innovation events (Game Design Challenges, Game Jams, R&D sprints) to fuel ideation. • Share learnings and best practices across the studio, helping to elevate the entire team.
• 5+ years in product management and/or game design in free-to-play mobile gaming, with proven success in launching or scaling hybrid-casual puzzle games. • Experience as Senior Producer or Product Owner in game development. • Strong knowledge of the mobile market, especially puzzle/casual games. • Hands-on game design experience (economy/balance preferred). • Track record of creating or scaling games from scratch. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and logical skills. • Understanding of F2P monetization models (IAP + ads). • Experience managing P&L, strategy, and roadmaps. • Fluent English (Advanced/Fluent). • Bonus: experience launching indie projects or your own games; basic knowledge of UX/UI, art direction, or sound design.
