📋 Description

• Lead Zepto’s combined Product and Solutions team • Connect company strategy, customer insight and technical judgement to deliver focused priorities, high-quality products and excellent customer experiences • Act as the Chief Product Officer’s 2IC and report to the CPO • Set Zepto’s product direction and own portfolio sequencing and trade-offs • Bring Product and Solutions together as one customer-informed team • Establish an operating cadence that improves decision speed, focus and delivery predictability • Support demos, proofs of concept and technical discovery • Escalate and support complex customer implementations requiring architectural or executive support • Coach, develop and hire product and solutions professionals • Build a credible senior individual-contributor path • Personally own at least one difficult, high-leverage problem at a time • Represent the CPO and Zepto at conferences, panels and public events as required • Integrate AI into working practices, including setup, documentation and cross-team alignment of AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Material experience across both product and solutions / technical delivery functions in a technically complex environment • Payment experience is a bonus • Track record of taking products or significant product areas from problem definition through delivery and iteration, and owning the outcome • Technical fluency sufficient to operate credibly among engineers • Comfortable with GitHub branches and pull requests • Experience using AI-enabled tools to investigate how a system works • Confidence discussing architecture, security, performance, reliability, APIs, data flows and integration patterns • Experience managing and developing senior people, including growing someone into a materially larger role • Strong product judgement and commercial range • Clear written and verbal communication with a bias toward decisions and action • Background checks required as part of the recruitment process
