📋 Description

• Own the vision and lifecycle for the product portfolio • Size opportunities and prioritise based on customer value, business impact, feasibility and strategic fit • Partner with Engineering on scalable, secure product and API design • Own the developer-facing product surface, including semantics, error behaviour, webhooks and documentation • Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to de-risk ideas • Use AI tooling for discovery, research, specification drafting and rapid prototyping • Run launches with GTM, Solutions, Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance • Track adoption and performance across the full customer lifecycle • Own portfolio unit economics and build evidence-based business cases • Partner with Risk, Compliance and Legal on regulatory requirements • Build cross-functional partnerships • Present strategy to senior leadership and the board where required

🎯 Requirements

• Material experience in product or technical product management, owning products end to end and measured on impact • Track record of real product discovery and realistic opportunity sizing • Strong product and commercial judgement • Cross-functional leadership from discovery through launch, adoption and iteration • Demonstrable technical fluency, including reading code and reasoning about system design • Confident experience working with REST APIs • Hands-on experience building prototypes or proof-of-concepts • Strong understanding of payment integration patterns, including APIs, SDKs, webhooks, hosted payment experiences and platform-based integrations • Fluency with modern AI tooling • Deep payments domain knowledge and experience owning developer-facing platforms are advantageous • Background checks required as part of the recruitment process
