📋 Description

• Design, generate, and revise surveys for various organizational programs and initiatives • Control, clean, and manage data from multiple input sources to ensure accuracy and consistency • Conduct basic statistical analyses to support program evaluation and reporting needs • Maintain data quality standards and documentation protocols • Provide experience-informed guidance for development and implementation of Measurement and Evaluation frameworks for Mission initiatives • Build and maintain live dashboards using standard software packages • Create visualizations that effectively communicate complex data to diverse audiences • Update recurring dashboards to reflect current program metrics and outcomes • Assist in building quarterly reports for internal stakeholders and external partnerships • Provide data-driven insights to support program improvement and strategic planning • Consult with internal teams on measurement and evaluation needs for ongoing and new initiatives • Partner with departments to support their data needs • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Social Work (LCSW), or a related field • 3 - 5 years of experience in health-related measurement and evaluation, preferably in cancer or health equity • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced functions • Demonstrated ability to build dashboards in Power BI and/or Google Looker Studio • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Basic understanding of statistical concepts and their application • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across teams
