📋 Description

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and optimize talent acquisition processes, ensuring the seamless hiring of top-tier candidates across the company. • Be a key player in developing and implementing best practices, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a positive candidate experience, while aligning talent needs with business goals and ensuring compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition/recruitment with a focus on compliance and operational excellence, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing organization. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a team leader, with experience managing performance expectations and supporting team members to grow professionally. • Strong experience in recruitment operations, process optimization, and metrics-driven decision-making. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools. • Ability to travel up to 20% to Zeus manufacturing locations in South Carolina, as needed.
