• Own the execution of key initiatives within the 2026 CRO roadmap. You will be responsible for contributing to our optimization strategy and managing a focused product backlog. You will drive your team in a fast-paced environment to launch, adjust, pivot, or scale experiments based on real-time A/B test results. • Partner with our Data Team to define tracking requirements, analyze A/B test performance, and maintain visualization reports in Tableau. • Work closely with Product Designers to bridge the gap between qualitative research and quantitative data, ensuring every experiment is both user-centric and business-aligned. • Align with Marketing on content and performance marketing initiatives and coordinate with other product areas (Zicasso’s Platforms for Travelers, Partners and Customer Care Team) to ensure seamless data flow across our ecosystem.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management. • Growth Experience: You have a proven track record of driving results through experience and flow optimizations. You are proficient in A/B testing and experimentation. You have an eye for design and understand how product content, page, and interaction design can affect conversion. You are data-driven, hypotheses-driven, and make data-informed decisions. • AI-Forward Thinker: You are excited about using LLMs and AI-driven personalization to create a more "human" and tailored experience for our travelers. You likely already use AI tools to accelerate your own product workflow. • Analytical & Technical: You are fluent in GA4 and Tableau (or similar tools like PowerBI) to extract insights on user behaviors. While you don’t code, you speak the language of engineers, understand technical constraints, and can navigate data structures. • Luxury & Business Mindset: You have a background in Business or Tech and understand that for a luxury brand, "conversion" must feel like an invitation, never a transaction. You protect the brand’s prestige while always optimizing for growth. • Expertise in Jira for backlog management. • English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. • Timezone Alignment: Availability to work until 3:00 PM PT (Pacific Time).
