📋 Description

• Analyze large-scale telecommunications and network performance datasets, including crowdsourced measurement data • Support pre-sales engagements with customer-specific analysis, benchmarks, and data-driven insights • Apply established methodologies and models to customer, market, and competitive questions • Develop clear, customer-ready insights, visualizations, and data stories • Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Solutions Managers during deal qualification and solution validation • Support Customer Solutions and Services teams with post-sale analysis and validation to inform adoption and outcome realization • Respond to analytical requests with accuracy and urgency, prioritizing customer impact and solution relevance • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to ensure data quality and usability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI roles within the telecommunications or connectivity domain • Strong SQL skills and experience querying large-scale datasets • Experience using Python or R for data analysis and modeling • Foundational understanding of mobile, broadband, or internet network performance metrics • Experience working with crowdsourced or large-scale observational datasets strongly preferred • Ability to communicate analytical insights to technical and non-technical audiences • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
