📋 Description
• Gather and analyze business, customer, and stakeholder requirements • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product discovery activities • Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Support product planning, delivery, and Agile ceremonies • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to keep projects on track • Assist with API integrations, system workflows, and technical discussions • Track product performance, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities • Manage risks, dependencies, and project timelines
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills • Experience with payment platforms, payment providers, or fintech products • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian Suite) • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Fintech or SaaS experience preferred • Experience with scheduling or workflow management tools preferred • Exposure to product metrics, reporting, and data analysis preferred • Must be currently located in the Philippines or able to work legally in the Philippines without required sponsorship, as addressed in the application questions
